We understand the value of your purchase. To protect your order from loss, damage, or theft, you can opt for Shipping Protection at checkout.

What’s Covered?

  • Lost in Transit:
    Tracking status shows “not delivered” for more than 7 days after the last courier scan.
    Filing period: No longer than 30 days from the last courier scan.
    Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Damaged in Shipment:
    Photos of the damaged postbag and merchandise are required.
    Filing period: After 5 days from the delivery date, but no longer than 20 days.
    Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Stolen/Theft:
    Tracking shows delivered, and you have filed a police report.
    Filing period: After 5 days from the delivery date, but no longer than 20 days.
    Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

Important Notes

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery are NOT covered by Shipping Protection.
  • Documentation and additional information may be required.

How to File a Claim

If your issue fits within the coverage outlined above and you purchased Shipping Protection, please reach out to us at  [email protected] or visit our Contact Us page to submit a replacement request.

If the product is out of stock, we will provide store credit.
