What’s Covered?
Lost in Transit:
Tracking status shows “not delivered” for more than 7 days after the last courier scan.
Filing period: No longer than 30 days from the last courier scan.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days.Damaged in Shipment:
Photos of the damaged postbag and merchandise are required.
Filing period: After 5 days from the delivery date, but no longer than 20 days.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days.Stolen/Theft:
Tracking shows delivered, and you have filed a police report.
Filing period: After 5 days from the delivery date, but no longer than 20 days.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Important Notes
- Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery are NOT covered by Shipping Protection.
- Documentation and additional information may be required.
