Dispatch Information

• Expect the order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our warehouse located in United Kingdom. 
• During peak seasons, sales, or the Holiday/Christmas period, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments

• If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for re-delivery.
