The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

How often are items restocked?

Our restocking schedule varies depending on the product and demand. We strive to keep popular items available and replenish stock regularly. To stay informed about restocks, you can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for the latest updates. Restocks usually happen within 4-6 months.

You can also add your email to get notified on a specific product. To add your email to our notify me list, you can search for the actual product you want on the website and click the size you are after. You will know it is out of stock when you see the "Notify Me + See Similar button beside the size. You will then be prompted to add your email to the list.

I want to exchange but the size/colour is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/colour?

Absolutely! If the size or colour you want to exchange for is out of stock, you are welcome to choose a different size or colour that is available. Upon lodging your return through our return portal, you can select exchange and select the colour you prefer. Our goal is to ensure you get exactly what you need, so feel free to explore the available options and select your preferred alternative.
